To operate an unmanned aircraft outside the Open category in Germany and other EU Member States, certain requirements must be met. One of these is the creation of an Operations Manual (OM – formerly ConOps). Preparing the OM in-house together with carrying out a SORA risk assessment is time-consuming. Specialized knowledge is required to prepare the documents in line with the guidelines of national authorities. The documentation can exceed one hundred pages. It therefore makes sense to streamline the process by gaining valuable know-how from experienced professionals who have successfully taken documentation through the approval process with the LBA and other European aviation authorities many times.
This is unique knowledge that is not easy to find on the market. Our training will save you around 60 hours of work.

The OM / CONOPS is created with a dedicated electronic application that significantly facilitates the work on the OM / CONOPS. However, our training also enables you to prepare the OM / CONOPS without this application.
The training is held via Zoom as a group session with up to 6 participants. During the training, the required documents and the rules for modifying documents for subsequent flights are discussed. Difficult situations and points requiring special attention are identified. The SORA analysis is created together based on a real example.
The training takes place at the location specified by Pro Fly Center or directly at the customer’s premises (minimum 3 participants required). In-person training has the advantage that discussion groups can be formed and processes can be examined in detail.
