SERVICE: DJI dock – full implementation

We want to provide you with a fully functional DJI Dock system including approvals, software and know-how. In addition, within a few weeks after implementation and a supplementary support phase for partial implementation, we will teach you how to use the drone system and approvals fully and independently. With our system, you will no longer need us for the SORA analysis of the next location, for training additional pilots within your organization, or for implementing additional applications. You will receive all the knowledge and a wealth of materials from us that will make you a true DJI Dock expert.

In this phase we collect information from the customer about the planned mission and its nature. We review the operating area, identify possible issues, and carry out a basic SORA risk analysis.

Only after you receive a detailed cost estimate for the work and equipment, as well as a schedule with the scope of work, do you make your final decision. If positive, we sign the contract.

We prepare the necessary documentation for the location you have registered in order to obtain approval from the aviation authority. The Operations Manual becomes your property, so you can use it to apply for further approvals for other drones or locations.

The documents we prepare include:

• Operations Manual (ConOps) – compliant with aviation oversight requirements
• NOTAM forms
• Authorizations for flights in geographical zones
• Procedures and forms required for an effective and straightforward system implementation

DJI-authorized instructors provide the training required to use the equipment legally and effectively—including but not limited to:

• STS license training with A2
• Hardware training
• Software and accessory training
• System application training (aligned with the customer’s business profile)
• Training on safety, management and the Operations Manual

After this step, the customer has a pilot who can legally plan and conduct flights via the DJI Dock. The customer also receives training materials to independently train additional pilots within their organization.

Our DJI-certified technicians install, configure and test all equipment. After this step, the customer can be confident that the installed hardware has been tested and correctly configured for the intended applications. The customer is also trained to perform daily system checks independently.

Together with the customer, we conduct the first flights, collect data and gather feedback. Based on the collected data, we adjust flight parameters and optimize workflows in line with the customer’s expectations. After this step, the customer has optimized procedures that make flights more economical, faster and more efficient.

At this stage, the customer already flies completely independently, develops the Operations Manual on their own and is able to plan further flights. We stay in touch, support the customer and conduct regular audits to verify procedures. After this step, the customer is confident that the system is being used correctly and efficiently months after implementation and that they have the knowledge needed to further scale the DJI Dock.

• We believe in DJI Dock technology and work closely with DJI on its rollout. We cooperate directly with DJI’s R&D, training and sales departments. This close collaboration gives us first-hand knowledge and a clear view of how to solve potential issues. Our staff hold the required certifications and bring extensive experience from other implementations.

We have experience implementing one of the largest DJI Dock systems in Europe

• We don’t shy away from challenges. In February 2025 we completed the implementation of one of the largest DJI Dock systems in Europe, integrating five DJI Dock stations to inspect an area over a distance of 25 km.
