Manual inspections are inefficient, costly, and risky under certain conditions. UAS equipped with infrared or zoom cameras are an excellent alternative to manual inspection, especially for long and potentially dangerous inspection missions. UAS are widely used today for the inspection of bridges, road sections and transport routes, construction sites, power plants, company premises, oil pipelines, and even for the analysis and monitoring of forest and plant stocks.
For professional drone pilots, the Pro Fly Center | DJI Academy offers job-specific training courses that provide optimal preparation for drone deployment or deepen existing knowledge. The inspection training is ideal for business owners who want to use their drone in various fields or want to gain their first experience with it. The main focus is on the DJI Enterprise drones of the Mavic and Matrice series. Important elements such as route planning, use of zoom and thermal imaging cameras are learned and reinforced in the training.
Basic knowledge of UAS flight performance, meteorology, and mitigation of ground risks are also part of the training content.
The DJI Academy Certificate is issued to those who pass the exam, in recognition of the corresponding UAS operation and application skills.
Important: It is not a flight clearance or permission to fly in special areas!
