BOS Online Training

With our instructor-led online drone training for BOS groups such as fire services, civil protection and police, you can deepen the knowledge you already have. The course is built on many trainings with response teams, so we cover all key points for drone deployments in units as briefly and clearly as possible and close knowledge gaps. This time- and cost-efficient, highly flexible (date by arrangement) format is intended for groups already familiar with drone technology. During the session we discuss topics such as:

• Deployment concepts
• Legal framework
• Training content in line with the joint regulations for the use of drones in civil protection

After the course you’ll be able to refine your operational workflows by unit type—e.g. missing-person search, situational depiction, reconnaissance, fire missions, water rescue and other scenarios. You benefit from our partners’ years of experience and the included checklists.

Participation in BOS training requires operational experience and knowledge. The syllabus often assumes fundamentals of organizational structures and operations. For that reason, this course is open only to members of authorities and organizations with safety/security tasks. To expand or build a tactical drone unit, we recommend booking for at least three members of an authority.

The training is delivered live with an instructor in a seminar format (via Zoom). A dedicated online testing tool—used by Pro Fly Center to successfully examine thousands of drone pilots—supports the session.
